The present document aims to define the Specific Conditions for the provision of mediation services in the registration of domain names, which are specified below, and that in reality they are considered a complement to the General terms and Conditions published and in force at any time on the website www.aleve-es.com Both these Conditions as the General terms and Conditions will be deemed as accepted with the express purpose of joint at the time of the contracting of the services offered on the website www.aleve-es.com In case of any conflict between these terms and the general, apply preferential treatment to particular conditions.
The General and Special Conditions, together with the additional information on the technical features and/or economic of the product or service contracted by the Client and the Policy of Protection of Personal Data published on the website of Aleve International Ltd, constitute a unitary whole that binds the parties.
On one hand, the entity Aleve-is (hereinafter identified with the trade mark “Aleve International Ltd”)

These General Conditions may make reference to a “party” or “parties” to designate an individual or jointly to Aleve International Ltd to the Customer.
Domain name: character set that uses the DNS to identify an address (IP address) on the Internet. A given server can have more than one Domain Name but a given Domain Name will only be assigned to a server.
IP (Internet Protocol): a protocol of communication in a network through packet-switched.
Holder/Registrant: a natural person or legal entity that acquires the right of use of the Domain Name is chosen and awarded only for the purpose of addressing in the Domain Name system of the Internet during the period determined by the Competent Registrar.
Registrador: autoridad u organismo de registro nacional o internacional, público o privado, autorizado por ICANN para gestionar Nombres de Dominio y publicar, a través de WHOIS, la información solicitada sobre el titular, contactos y DNS de los dominios que gestiona. Record: public or private entity authorized by ICANN, which manages and maintains the database corresponding to each Name Top-Level Domain.
DNS (Domain Name System): System used for Domain Names on the Internet that translates Domain Names to IP addresses.
Contract: all the clauses included in this document, together with the form of contract, as well as any additional information about the contracted service selected by the CUSTOMER, is expressly include updated information on the website of Aleve International Ltd (www.aleve-es.com), forming a unitary whole that binds the parties. THE RULES LAID down BY THE COMPETENT REGISTRARS (the Names of the Domain of the second or third level under the relevant extension) will BE OF OBLIGATION MANDATORY and, therefore, may influence the way in which the service is provided by Aleve International Ltd; in addition, these standards will serve as an interpretation to the provisions of this agreement in all that affects them in connection with the Domain Name, registration, transfer, conflict resolution, change of ownership, change of registrar, but will not affect the contractual relationship is created between Aleve International Ltd and the CLIENT.
IDN (Internationalized Domain Names): internationalized domain names, with multilingual characters of any language, such being those other than those included in the English alphabet.
IDN .is: Internet domain names under the country code for Spain (.is) of second and third level with multilingual characters, such being those of the languages Spanish other than those included in the English alphabet, which are: á, àé, èí, ïó, òú, üñçl•l
Code ASCII: version of the Domain Name used globally in the DNS system, composed by numbers, dashes and letters of the English alphabet.
Code ACE: version of the Domain Name with multilingual characters encoded in such a way that the Domain Name can be used in the DNS system and that, preceded by the four character string “xn--”, contains the Domain Name of multi-lingual in ASCII format.
Change DNS: A change of DNS refers to the technical transfer of the DNS of a Domain Name.
Billing contact: a natural or legal person responsible for the payment of the domain to the Registrar concerned.
Administrative contact: individual or legal person responsible for the management of a domain.
Technical contact: individual or legal entity responsible for the operation of the Name Servers of the domain.
ICANN (Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers): non-profit corporation formed to assume, among other duties, the liability of the location of IP addresses, mapping protocols, systems management and servers of Domain Names; in short, to ensure the functioning and stability of the network.
WHOIS: this is an interactive tool for public access on the Internet that provides information about the ownership, contact details, and availability of a Domain Name, or IP address.
Consist of different periods of time of pre-registration, determined by the competent Registry in function of the Domain Name. It comes to periods prior to the start definitive of the process of registration of the corresponding Domain Name, during which you follow a few special rules, also indicated by the Record and that should be respected in all cases by Domain Name holder.
Customer area: tools and applications developed by Aleve International Ltd are assigned to each CLIENT and allow you to, among other actions, recruit and manage your products, view invoices, update your billing details, access the control panel and perform authenticated requests, so that each request triggers the actions technical and administrative measures for the development of the required action.
El presente documento tiene por objeto definir las Condiciones Particulares de Contratación para la prestación por parte de Aleve International Ltd de los servicios de mediación necesarios para solicitar, por cuenta del Cliente o de la persona por él designada, el registro y/o transferencia de un Nombre de Dominio de segundo nivel correspondiente a cualquiera de las extensiones publicadas en cada momento en el sitio web https://aleve-es.com ,?=add&domain=register , (en adelante, “las Extensiones”), así como la forma de retribución por parte del Cliente a Aleve International Ltd por el servicio prestado.
Under this contract, Aleve International Ltd undertakes to perform the relevant procedures, while respecting the standards and deadlines set by each Registry, aimed at the registration, transfer and/or renewal of the Domain Name under one of the Extensions selected by the Customer.
The CLIENT expressly authorizes Aleve International Ltd to communicate or transfer the necessary data to the body or entity competent to carry out the registration, renewal or transfer of the Domain Name and acknowledges that the grant, transfer and / or renewal of the Domain Name is power and responsibility's sole and exclusive Record or competent body, leaving Aleve International Ltd is exempt from any liability in respect of these operations.
La normativa vigente que cada Registro aplica a cada una de las EXTENSIONES y que será de obligado cumplimiento para el CLIENTE, así como el precio a pagar por cada uno de los registros, se puede consultar en cualquier momento en https://aleve-es.com?a=add&domain=register.
The CUSTOMER agrees that the registration of the Domain Name the subject of this agreement does not confer any right of ownership over the same, except for the use it always in compliance with the ICANN rules and the obligations contained in this agreement.
The CLIENT agrees that it is solely responsible for the choice of this Domain Name and its subsequent maintenance.
The CLIENT acknowledges that neither the registration of the Domain Name nor the manner in which it is used, either directly or indirectly, infringe upon the rights of any third party and that the Domain Name is not being registered for any unlawful use, present or future. In this sense, the CLIENT acknowledges that the ownership and ultimate responsibility for the use of the Domain Name rests with the person listed as the holder of the same.
The CUSTOMER will receive, at the email address that he has indicated in the contract form as the contact address a notification that your application has been successfully presented to the competent Registry.
The CUSTOMER and/or the holder acknowledges and agrees that the operation and functioning of the IDN is in a phase of provisional, pending full technological adaptation, and may therefore vary depending on the type of browser and the e-mail program used in each case, remain necessary in some of them the download of an app that you add this feature technique.
The owner and/or the CUSTOMER undertakes not to change the Registrar within a period of sixty (60) days from the initial registration, or the last change to the registrar. In any case, Aleve International Ltd does not guarantee the change of registrar because it is the former registrar who must provide the final approval.
If you start a new domain transfer and it is necessary to restart because it has not been accepted within the period specified by the Registry or because it has been canceled, will be charged a management fee non-refundable fee of 4 €.
Once you have registered or transferred your Domain Name to Aleve International Ltd, Aleve International Ltd will be in charge of renewing it, charging the price to determine the effect of in accordance with the provisions of clause 5 of these Terms. Aleve International Ltd will not be responsible for the renovations to be unsuccessful for reasons attributable to the competent authorities.
The CUSTOMER can select the domains with the function of auto-renewal from your Client Area. If there is any balance in your account, domains this function is enabled, will be renewed thirty (30) days prior to your expiration date. It is not possible to cancel a domain renewal once processed.
Si bien Aleve International Ltd informará al CLIENTE y/o titular de cualquier modificación que los órganos competentes puedan realizar sobre las características y duración de estos periodos, la información vigente que regirá este punto puede consultarse en https://aleve-es.com?a=add&domain=register bajo la información de cada una de las EXTENSIONES.
Change of ownership and other data for the Domain Name: the CUSTOMER shall comply with the requirements and follow the steps prompted Aleve International Ltd, in addition to sending the necessary documentation according to the instructions of the competent Registry.
By completing the registration form or transfer of a Domain Name, change of ownership or other data, change of registrar, etc, the owner and/or CLIENT of the Domain Name consents and authorizes directly by the collection and transfer to the competent body, as well as the processing and publication of data relating to public information in Aleve International Ltd, for itself, for the technical contact and the administrative contact, as required by the competent Registry.
If the owner of the Domain Name does not match the CLIENT, will be responsible for obtaining the consent of the one for the obligation, among others, referred to in the previous paragraph, being responsible in the end of all the consequences that a breach of this obligation might generate.
Search for a Domain Name can contain errors, because the resulting information is generated electronically from multiple data sources. Aleve International Ltd cannot be held responsible in any case of the results of the search, which is merely informative.
The CLIENT acknowledges that Aleve International Ltd cannot ensure that you get the registration of the Domain Name that you want, even if a query indicates that the Domain Name is available at the time of your request for the Domain Name.
Registration, renewal and transfer prices that govern this contract can be viewed at any time in https://info@aleve-es.com
Change of ownership and other data for the Domain Name: In the majority of EXTENSIONS to the price of these procedures is totally free because it is the CLIENT who takes you out from your Administration Panel of Domains, but some Register have provided an additional fee to make a change of ownership (TRADE). In your case, it shall inform the CUSTOMER by means of online communication, the fee that you must pay to make such a modification.
Aleve International Ltd reserves the right to revise and modify the amount of the price stipulated on the website www.aleve-es.com and included in this agreement. In the event that this occurs, the Customer will be informed of this circumstance before be affected by the variation in the next bill.
All prices that appear on the website of Aleve International Ltd www.aleve-es.com that are mentioned in the various sections of this agreement are subject to applicable taxes.
The payment of the services under this agreement will be made in advance and Aleve International Ltd will accept the following forms of payment:
Credit/debit card
Stripe
PayPal
Bank Transfer
In any case, the CLIENT will decide what form of payment you want to use to pay for the registration or renewal of Domain Name.
Aleve International Ltd will inform the CUSTOMER of the need to renew the Domain Name before the expiry date of the same. If the payment is not made the required notice, Aleve International Ltd will not be responsible for any loss of the Domain Name. If the Domain Name is not renewed by the deadline, the CUSTOMER authorizes Aleve International Ltd to execute the request for deletion of a Domain Name.
The data needed to make the bank transfer to enter the balance in the account can be consulted, upon registration as a CLIENT, in the Client Area > My Data > Enter Account Balance. The income balance in the account by bank transfer or direct debit will not be effective until the bank have confirmed such operations.
Aleve International Ltd will not initiate the procedures associated with the corresponding request until you receive the amount of these services through the payment methods indicated in each case.
Aleve International Ltd will issue the corresponding invoice detailing all of the concepts that make up such a bill.
In case of non-payment by the Customer, give rise to the return to bank of any collection order or direct debit, Aleve International Ltd will charge an additional fee of 6 euros in concept of management expenses in case of reissuance of the order to cash or direct debit. Aleve International Ltd will not be responsible if the non-payment gives rise to the non-registration and/or non-renewal of a Domain Name.
If, after notice to you, the CUSTOMER fails to make payment pending, the service will be definitively canceled for breach of contract by the CUSTOMER. This will prevent the CLIENT to hire new services with Aleve International Ltd, the cancellation of the account of the CLIENT and all the contracted services.
If a CUSTOMER requests the refund of your “Account Balance” shall only be processed if the available balance in your account is higher than 30 euros. In this case, we will make a bank transfer to the account number indicated by the CUSTOMER, deducting the commission charged by the merchant at the time of the insertion of the remaining balance, plus 6 euros in concept of management expenses of the operation of the return. If the “Account Balance” has been exhausted and you are asked to return, this shall be done after one hundred twenty (120) days from the date of insertion of the Balance.
This contract shall enter into force from the moment of payment of the requested service through the filling of the form of contract and will remain in effect during the year of registration of the selected Domain Name. If the Domain Name is transferred to another registrar, the terms and conditions of this contract will lose their validity.
In the case of transfer of a Domain Name Aleve International Ltd, the year will begin to be counted from the expiration date of the Domain Name object of the service contained in the WHOIS.
The effects of the service subject to this agreement, after one year in duration, shall be extended to and carried out the procedures for renewal provided that the CLIENT wishes to do so and pay the renewal with the time indicated in clause 6.3 of the present contract are to be notified to the Domain Name's expiration.
In connection with the provisions of the Spanish regulations for the protection of consumers and users, and the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011, the CUSTOMER is informed, and accepts, that given the characteristics of the contracted services, customization and automated procedures are used, there is a similarity between the service request and the start of the execution of the contract.
In this sense, once Aleve International Ltd has begun the fulfillment of the contract or has been executed in its entirety, the CUSTOMER may not choose to withdraw from the contract as provided for in the rules above.
Aleve International Ltd is acting as an intermediary to the competent bodies and the CLIENT (and/or holder), carrying out the necessary procedures for the registration, transfer and/or renewal of the Domain Name, in your case. Aleve International Ltd is not responsible for the Domain Name register effectively, even when it is available at the time of signature of this agreement. Aleve International Ltd will not be responsible of the renewal will perform effectively even though they have been made by Aleve International Ltd all necessary procedures established by the competent Registrars.
Aleve International Ltd will only be liable in cases in which the registration or renewal will not take place as a result of a negligent action of Aleve International Ltd. In these cases, Aleve International Ltd will take the necessary steps to register another Domain Name requested by the affected owner or, at the request of the CUSTOMER, will be refunded the amount of money ahead of obtaining this service. For this reason, the CLIENT and/or the Domain Name holder expressly waives any claim of liability, whether in contract or tort, or for damages, Aleve International Ltd by failing to obtain the registration or renewal of Domain Name affected, without prejudice to the exercise of any legal actions that may be brought before the competent body.
The CUSTOMER assumes all liability that may arise in relation to the rights of use of the Domain Name of your choice.
The CUSTOMER agrees to the rules and conditions imposed by all regulators of Internet Domain Names.
The CUSTOMER agrees that the registration of the Domain Name the subject of this agreement does not confer any right of ownership over the same, except for the use it always in compliance with the ICANN rules and the obligations contained in this agreement.
The CLIENT agrees that it is solely responsible for the choice of this Domain Name, its subsequent maintenance and agree not to make any illegal use, present or future, of the Domain Name register, as well as not to use it, to the prejudice of the rights of third parties, exempting Aleve International Ltd of any type of responsibility derived from these acts.
Aleve International Ltd cannot be held responsible for anything that is solely attributable to the CUSTOMER and/or owner, nor of anything that is attributable to the action of the competent Registrar, as well as the resulting errors in the registration process.
In this case, the responsibility of Aleve International Ltd shall be limited to the amount of the registration fee applicable at the time that caused the controversy.
Aleve International Ltd reserves the right to suspend or cancel the Domain Name of the CUSTOMER and/or owner when the latter is used for the sending of commercial advertising is not requested, or if the registrant is using the Domain Name for the conduct of illegal activities or activities that, in the judgment of Aleve International Ltd, may result in liability of any kind for this.
Responsibility for the Content hosted in the registered domain name. The CUSTOMER undertakes not to register a Domain Name under the staying content that violates the principles set out in article 8 of the Law on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE); mainly, those that offend against the dignity of persons and/or are discriminatory on the basis of race, sex, religion, opinion, nationality, disability or any other personal or social circumstance.
In the event that Aleve International Ltd , by itself or at the request of a third party copyright owner or authorized to do so, has actual knowledge that the contents hosted by the CLIENT in the domain name registered infringe the rights of personality, rights of intellectual or industrial property or any other rights established by the Law, Aleve International Ltd , through communication to the email address provided by the CUSTOMER to the billing, may require it to withdraw voluntarily within a maximum of 24 hours.
In such a case, and once this deadline has elapsed without having responded to the request, Aleve International Ltd shall proceed to the immediate suspension of the service or services required, it will not be renewed until you have replied to the request in the terms in each case as are necessary, not allowing the Customer to claim for this reason the repayment of any amount that would have previously paid in respect of the payment of the service, or claim responsibility in any Aleve International Ltd for the suspension and, in your case, final cancellation of the service.
If the CUSTOMER and/or owner fails to fulfil any of the obligations contained in these terms and conditions, Aleve International Ltd reserves the right to suspend or cancel the Domain Name of the holder.
Aleve International Ltd reserves the right to suspend, deny, cancel or transfer any Domain Name when, in its judgment, be necessary to:
to comply with the applicable legislation, the legal requirements and compliance with any dispute resolution procedure,
avoid any liability, civil or criminal Aleve International Ltd, the registrar, the Registry, and their respective employees,
to correct mistakes made by Aleve International Ltd, the registrar or the Registry in connection with the Domain Name, protect the integrity and stability of Aleve International Ltd, the registrar and the Registry.
Aleve International Ltd no garantiza la utilidad de la elección del Nombre de Dominio o de cualquiera de las extensiones ofrecidas en https://aleve-es.com/?a=add&domain=register para la realización de cualquier actividad.
If the owner of the Domain Name is not the customer, the CUSTOMER shall inform the CLIENT of all of the obligations of the holder of a Domain Name and obtain the consent of the holder, if requested by the competent entities.
The CUSTOMER and/or the holder, if any, of the Domain Name shall comply at all times with the requirements set forth by the Registry and ICANN, and may not claim Aleve International Ltd damages or losses arising out of your breach. Arise any dispute in relation to the rights of use of the Domain Name chosen, the holder and/or the CLIENT, in your case, you agree to resolve them through instances and procedures established by the Registry of competent jurisdiction, as appropriate.
The CLIENT undertakes to keep operational, active and up-to-date e-mail address provided in the form of recruitment for the communications with Aleve International Ltd, being the preferred means of communication of Aleve International Ltd for the dynamic and fluid management of the requested service. If the CUSTOMER wishes to change the email address provided in the contract form as a contact address, you must do so through the Client Area, with the steps of authentication to this application, so that it never disrupts the communication between both contracting parties. Aleve International Ltd will not be responsible for the consequences that may result from the lack of functioning of the e-mail address of contact with the CUSTOMER or of the lack of communication that could cause the change of address that is not up-to-date, as well as any disinformation alleged by the CUSTOMER due to your own negligence in maintaining assets these data.
In the case that the people of the CLIENT and the owner do not match, if Aleve International Ltd receives a request from the CLIENT and the other of the holder (properly credited) for the same Domain Name, regardless of the nature of the request, the CLIENT acknowledges and accepts that Aleve International Ltd cater the request of the holder as the one who has the rights of use and obligations related to the use in respect of the relevant entities in this matter is the owner.
The CLIENT is solely responsible for the use and maintenance of the login and password for your Client Area. The CLIENT is solely responsible for the use of these identifiers, and of their communication, even to third parties.
The owner and/or the CLIENT, in your case, authorizes and consents to the competent Registrar to be contacted annually to the holder so that it can verify that all the existing data in the public WHOIS database are correct. In addition, the owner agrees that if the existing information in the database is not correct, proceed, as soon as possible, to update it, because that providing intentionally inaccurate information constitutes a material breach of the contract and shall be grounds for cancellation of your Domain Name.
The owner and/or CLIENT must respond within a maximum of fifteen (15) calendar days to any requirement of the relevant registrar concerning the updating of the data provided for the registration of Domain Name. In the event of a breach, your Domain Name may be cancelled or off. The CUSTOMER, by accepting this agreement, you expressly consent to the sending of invoices related to the contracted service through electronic means, as indicated in the regulations on this matter.
The CUSTOMER and/or owner agrees to accept any possible request for arbitration to the registration of a Domain Name and to submit to the Rules of Dispute Resolution in the area of Domain Names as approved by ICANN, including the resolution of disputes that may arise during the periods known as the Sunrise Period and the Land, in those cases, so-called “Dispute Resolution Policy in the matter of Sunrise”.
This Policy for the Resolution of Disputes over Domain Names is binding on the contract-general and Domain Name sets forth the Terms and Conditions in connection with a dispute between the owner and another party, other than Aleve International Ltd, in connection with the registration and use of an Internet Domain Name registered by the CUSTOMER and/or owner.
The actions will be carried out in accordance with the Uniform Policy Resolution of Disputes over Domain Names adopted on August 26, 1999 by ICANN available in Udrp Resolution of Disputes over Domain Names, and any additional rules of the provider of services of an administrative resolution of disputes selected and, in each case, any other rules which may be applied in function of the code's territorial Domain in dispute.
Or Aleve International Ltd, nor the Registrar nor the applicable Registry shall be responsible for any damages that may arise if a Domain Name is involved in a process of conflict resolution, either at the level of technical or administrative action, or the result of the same. Aleve International Ltd does not act as an arbitrator for the resolution of disputes between the CLIENT and third parties by the use of the Domain Name.
The CUSTOMER and/or owner, for the resolution of conflicts of Domain Names, in accordance with the provisions of the regulations, it shall submit, without prejudice to any other jurisdiction that may correspond, to the jurisdiction of the courts of the domicile of the owner (according to the WHOIS data) or to the address of the principal office of the registrar.
This Agreement has been drafted in the English version and Spanish. In the event of a discrepancy, the Spanish version shall prevail.
In respect of the personal data that the Client provides to Aleve International Ltd for the recruitment and management of financial Services and consultations or communications of any kind related to the management of the same, shall be applied the Policy of Protection of Personal Data published in the following link: https://aleve-es.com/policys .The personal data provided by the customer shall be disclosed to the Authority or Agency Registrant National or International competent in charge of the Domain Name registration in question, being such communication is necessary for the performance of this contract. For these purposes, the applicant agrees to maintain up-to-date information provided by the procedure laid down for that purpose.
These Entities will observe the provisions in the Regulation General of Protection of Data (Regulation EU 679/2016) in the treatment of the personal data of the client, without using them for purposes other than those laid down in the rules governing the allocation of domain names under the appropriate extension in each case and in the present contract. You are informed that the assignment of the domain name necessarily require that the applicant's personal data to be published in the Whois Database of the Domain Name Registration each extension is accessible to the public via the Internet. By acceptance of this document, the applicant gives his consent to such communication and treatment, including the publication of his personal data in the Whois Database of the Domain Name Registration in each extension.
Los derechos de acceso, rectificación, supresión y portabilidad de sus datos y la limitación u oposición a su tratamiento podrán ejercitarse ante Aleve International Ltd conforme a su Política de Protección de Datos Personales https://aleve-es.com, o en el caso de dominios “.es” ante la entidad read.es como responsable del tratamiento. En este caso concreto, los derechos de cancelación y oposición sólo podrán ejercitarse previa renuncia al nombre de dominio solicitado ya que el tratamiento de los datos personales por parte de read.es es necesario para la asignación y renovación del nombre de dominio.
The present Special Conditions, the General Conditions of Contract, technical information services and the Policy of Protection of Personal Data are included in the procedure of hiring the services of Aleve International Ltd selected by the CUSTOMER, who expressly agrees to all of its content by subscribing to the services.

This Agreement has been drafted in the English version and Spanish. In the event of a discrepancy, the Spanish version shall prevail.
Under no circumstances Aleve International Ltd, the corresponding Registers, or managers and senior officials, directors, shareholders, agents or employees dependent incur any liability for any cause related to, directly or indirectly, with the use of the CUSTOMER and/or owner of the Domain Name.
The holder of a Domain Name and in addition the CLIENT, in cases in which the two figures do not match, agree to indemnify, defend, indemnify and hold harmless both Aleve International Ltd as the Registry competent, as well as their directors, officers, employees, agents and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, etc, including reasonable legal fees and expenses arising from or relating to the registration of the Domain Name holder.
