4. Quotations, Proposals and Scope of Work

All quotations, estimates and proposals are valid for thirty (30) days unless otherwise stated in writing.

Any quotation or proposal is based on the information available at the time it is prepared. If the client changes the requirements, adds new work, delays the project or requests additional services, Aleve Business Solutions OÜ may revise the price, scope or delivery timeline.

Only services clearly included in the agreed proposal, invoice, package or written agreement are included. Any additional work may be charged separately.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Provide required content, images, documents and business details
  • Respond to requests within reasonable timeframes
  • Review and approve work when requested
  • Provide access to required systems, accounts or platforms where necessary
  • Maintain login details and access credentials securely
  • Ensure that any content supplied does not infringe third-party rights
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Delays caused by the client may affect project delivery dates and may result in additional costs where they create extra work or rescheduling.

6. Payments and Invoices

Invoices must be paid according to the payment terms shown on the invoice or agreed in writing.

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • Setup fees are payable in advance
  • Subscription services are payable monthly in advance
  • Custom project work may require staged or milestone payments
  • Work may not begin until the required payment has been received
  • Late payments may result in suspension of services

Aleve Business Solutions OÜ reserves the right to charge statutory interest, reasonable recovery costs and administrative costs for overdue payments where permitted by law.

7. Subscription Services

Where services are provided on a subscription basis, the subscription will renew automatically unless cancelled in accordance with the agreed cancellation terms.

Subscription services may include CRM access, automation tools, AI tools, website hosting, support, visibility packages, marketing support or platform access.

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing
  • Services remain active until the end of the paid billing period
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused billing periods unless required by law
  • Aleve Business Solutions OÜ may suspend subscription services if payment is overdue

8. Website and Digital Project Delivery

Delivery dates and project timelines are estimates unless expressly confirmed as fixed deadlines in writing.

Project delivery may depend on:

  • Client approvals
  • Content submission
  • Third-party platform availability
  • Technical requirements
  • Payment of invoices
  • Access to hosting, domain, CRM or software accounts

Minor revisions may be included where agreed. Additional revisions, new features, extra pages, design changes or scope changes may be charged separately.

9. CRM and Automation Services

CRM and automation services are designed to help businesses manage leads, enquiries, customer communication, follow-up systems and operational workflows.

The client acknowledges that CRM and automation results depend on correct use, quality of data, client response times, marketing activity, customer behaviour and third-party platform performance.

Aleve Business Solutions OÜ does not guarantee specific sales, enquiries, lead volumes, revenue results or business outcomes from CRM or automation services.

10. AI Services

AI-powered services may be used to support customer communication, content creation, lead handling, business automation, website functionality or operational workflows.

The client acknowledges that:

  • AI-generated outputs may require human review
  • AI tools may occasionally produce inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable responses
  • AI services should not be relied upon as legal, financial, medical, tax or professional advice
  • The client remains responsible for final business decisions and customer-facing communications

Aleve Business Solutions OÜ will take reasonable steps to configure AI tools appropriately but cannot guarantee perfect or error-free AI performance.

11. Marketing and Lead Generation Services

Marketing and lead generation services may include strategy, content support, advertising support, SEO, CRM follow-up, online visibility, landing pages and campaign setup.

Marketing performance depends on many external factors, including market demand, competition, advertising budget, search engine algorithms, customer behaviour, offer quality, pricing and client response times.

Aleve Business Solutions OÜ does not guarantee:

  • Specific search engine rankings
  • Specific lead volumes
  • Specific sales results
  • Specific advertising returns
  • Guaranteed customer acquisition

12. FindMyTradesman.es Platform Services

FindMyTradesman.es is a trading name and online platform operated by Aleve Business Solutions OÜ.

The platform may connect homeowners, property owners, landlords, businesses and trade professionals in Spain.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, Aleve Business Solutions OÜ does not directly perform trade work and is not responsible for the quality, pricing, timing, conduct, licensing, insurance or performance of independent trade professionals listed or introduced through the platform.

Users and trade professionals are responsible for checking suitability, quotations, insurance, qualifications, legal compliance and contractual terms before work begins.

13. Third-Party Services and Platforms

Our services may involve third-party platforms, software, tools or service providers, including hosting companies, CRM systems, AI platforms, payment processors, analytics tools, advertising platforms, email systems, booking tools and communication services.

The client acknowledges that third-party services may be subject to their own terms, prices, limitations, outages, updates and data protection policies.

Aleve Business Solutions OÜ is not responsible for failures, price changes, downtime, security incidents or policy changes caused by third-party providers.

14. Client Content and Legal Compliance

The client is responsible for ensuring that any content, images, logos, trademarks, text, data, claims, offers, testimonials or materials supplied to Aleve Business Solutions OÜ are accurate, lawful and properly authorised.

The client must not provide content that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory, discriminatory, infringing, harmful or in breach of third-party rights.

Aleve Business Solutions OÜ may refuse to publish, remove or suspend any content that it reasonably believes may create legal, reputational, operational or compliance risk.

15. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property created by Aleve Business Solutions OÜ remains the property of Aleve Business Solutions OÜ until all invoices relating to the relevant work have been paid in full.

Upon full payment, ownership of agreed final deliverables may transfer to the client where this is expressly included in the agreed scope.

Aleve Business Solutions OÜ retains ownership of:

  • Proprietary systems
  • Templates
  • Frameworks
  • Processes
  • Software tools
  • Automation structures
  • Reusable code libraries
  • Business methods and know-how

The client must not copy, resell, reproduce or distribute Aleve Business Solutions OÜ systems, templates or proprietary materials without written permission.

16. Portfolio and Case Study Use

Unless the client requests otherwise in writing, Aleve Business Solutions OÜ may refer to completed work in its portfolio, website, marketing materials or case studies.

Confidential business information will not be intentionally disclosed without permission.

17. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose it to third parties unless required by law or necessary for service delivery.

Confidential information may include business plans, customer data, pricing, technical information, login details, commercial strategy, marketing plans and private communications.

18. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

19. Consumer Rights

Where a client is acting as a consumer under applicable EU law, mandatory consumer rights will apply and nothing in these Terms & Conditions will remove rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Where services begin before the end of any applicable cancellation period, the client may be asked to provide express consent for work to begin. If work has started at the client’s request, the client may be required to pay for services already provided where permitted by law.

Business clients purchasing services for commercial, professional or business purposes may not have the same cancellation rights as consumers.

20. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund eligibility depends on the type of service purchased, the stage of work completed and any specific written agreement between the parties.

Unless required by law or agreed in writing:

  • Setup fees are non-refundable once work has started
  • Custom digital work is non-refundable once delivered or substantially completed
  • Subscription payments are non-refundable for unused parts of a billing period
  • Third-party software, hosting, advertising or platform costs may be non-refundable

21. Suspension or Termination of Services

Aleve Business Solutions OÜ may suspend or terminate services where:

  • Payment is overdue
  • The client breaches these Terms & Conditions
  • Fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity is suspected
  • The client fails to provide required information or cooperation
  • Continued service would create legal, reputational, security or operational risk

Suspension or termination does not remove the client’s obligation to pay outstanding invoices.

22. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aleve Business Solutions OÜ shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect losses
  • Consequential losses
  • Loss of profits
  • Loss of business opportunities
  • Loss of data
  • Business interruption
  • Third-party service failures
  • Search engine ranking changes
  • Advertising platform changes
  • Unauthorised access caused by client-side security failures

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, the total liability of Aleve Business Solutions OÜ shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the relevant service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

23. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control.

Such events may include natural disasters, war, civil unrest, strikes, internet outages, cyber incidents, government actions, utility failures, illness, platform outages, payment processor disruption or third-party provider failures.

24. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint, please contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue promptly and fairly.
